Based in Copenhagen, working with teams internationally.

Senior-led, supported by specialists

Each project is senior-led. When the scope requires deeper execution, we can bring in flexible support across product data, marketplace operations, AI workflow design, category work, and content operations.

Where we are most useful

  • Your team wants to use AI, but product data quality is inconsistent
  • Supplier onboarding is slowing down assortment growth
  • Marketplace or dropship expansion is creating operational questions
  • Product discovery, search, or filtering is underperforming because attributes are incomplete
  • You need senior commerce judgment, but not a full-time hire

Experience

  • 20+ years across retail, ecommerce, marketplaces, product data, vendor operations, and platform strategy
  • Launched, scaled, and operated commerce programs across product-rich retail, dropship, and enterprise commerce environments
  • Senior leadership roles spanning merchandising, marketplace strategy, supplier onboarding, dropship operations, product data, and ecommerce platform growth
  • Hands-on experience building and improving workflows for supplier intake, product content, assortment expansion, marketplace operations, and AI-ready catalog data
  • Applied AI and agentic commerce experience across product discovery, product enrichment, supplier onboarding, and workflow automation
  • Advisory experience with SMB, growth-stage, and enterprise-level teams that need practical recommendations and operating support

How we work

  • Recommendations come from having launched, scaled, and run these workflows, not from a framework applied cold.
  • Diagnostic and advisory work should leave a team with a clear roadmap, decision framework, and next steps they can act on.
  • When teams need more than recommendations, we can help run the work: prioritizing fixes, coordinating vendors, improving workflows, and supporting execution.
  • Good AI and agentic commerce outcomes start with clean data, clear ownership, and practical operating processes, not just a new tool.
